Know More About Us

Jesús Mendoza and Elvia Mendoza, siblings with a deep passion for authentic Mexican cuisine, decided to turn their culinary dreams into reality by launching Ximena’s Taqueria MG. After years of honing their skills in the vibrant world of Mexican food, they knew it was time to bring the true flavors of Mexico to their community.

As a Local Family-Owned Mexican Food Truck in Parma, ID, Jesús and Elvia are committed to serving dishes that not only satisfy cravings but also tell the story of their heritage. Their journey began with a simple goal: to offer the best tacos, burritos, and traditional Mexican plates, crafted with love and authentic ingredients.
